Blackhawk Museum and Wheelchair Foundation are both divisions of the Behring Global Educational Foundation. This allows for some synergy between the two entities. The Museum’s expertise with automobiles allow us to take in donations that can then be converted into the cash necessary to purchase wheelchairs for those in need.
MakING a Cash Donation
It cost $150 to produce and deliver a wheelchair. If you don’t have a vehicle to donate to the Museum you can always give a tax-deductible cash donation directly to the Wheelchair Foundation.

Our Mission
The The Wheelchair Foundation, a division of Behring Global Educational Foundation, a 501(c)3 charitable foundation, has a goal to provide a free wheelchair to every child, teen and adult worldwide who needs one but has no means to acquire one.
